Relai
Relai is an exchange with a non-custodial wallet which means you remain in custody of your bitcoins so no real need to get another wallet since the wallet generates a mnemonic key which you can use to unlock your wallet on any 3rd party wallet such as BlueWallet or BitBox or one that supports the BIP format.
Relai supports deposits made in Euros € and Swiss Francs ₣ without ID for amounts between €10 and €920 per 24 hours which is great if you don’t want to provide or complete KYC they do have a level 2 tier which will allow you to spend up to €100,000 if you want to send more than that you’d need to talk to their OTC desk.
Also stated in their privacy policy is their extensive data collection for an app that doesn’t require KYC it’s as close as they could get without actually, you know requiring KYC still better than a lot of alternatives that would require KYC/AML5 just to buy a few hundred euros worth. No email or phone number is required which is a big plus when getting setup as you can do it within 5 minutes.

Their fees are pretty high compared to other alternatives starting at 3% but you can water it down to 1% if you use a referral code [mine is …] and make a recurring daily, weekly or monthly purchase of at least €100

BottlePay is another great option especially if you’re using GBP pounds sterling. You can buy pennies worth up to £10,000 on a level one tier verification. You can link your social accounts to your BottlePay account so your followers can tip you or whatever. Send money to your friends using BottlePay without any on chain fees.
