Craig Wright claims to be the founder and sole creator of Bitcoin but still won’t produce the private keys to prove that he is, with Bitcoin being based on asymmetrical cryptography this is a highly farfetched claim with no evidence.
Today in Florida Craig Wright has won part of a 6-year-long lawsuit against the Bitcoin developers costing $100m just in legal fees, which is likely why he has won in a U.K. Supreme Court as well as a court in Florida.
CSW has been doing this since 2016 though, the Bitcoin community don’t respect him and agreed not to notice the publicity he’s been getting from the news because he is a fraud.
The claim is that Bitcoin can be seized, because, it’s clear that he does not own the private keys to the wallet containing ₿1.1m. If it could, the people buying and storing Bitcoin would be under the falsehood impression that you own your money and no one else can which cannot be proven as the wallets use 256-bit AES encryption which one day may be broken, but it would take several thousand years to break the encryption.

For some deranged reason, he is under the impression that Bitcoin as money can be confiscated in the case of MtGox and other examples of when Bitcoin is frozen.
By using nodes to return the money back to the original owner.

If anyone wants to prove they are Satoshi, all they need to do is sign a transaction with a known "Satoshi key". It's not that hard to prove identity.
Craig is attempting to single-handedly ruin the reputation of Bitcoin.
